Property Owners in Georgetown Upgrade Community with Natural Stone
Property owners contacted Granite ASAP in Georgetown to have three houses updated with natural stone. We also offer a selection of products, which our professionals installed. This included bathroom vanities, bathroom and kitchen sinks, tile flooring, countertops, kitchen cabinets and kitchen backsplashes.
The experts at Granite ASAP went to the properties to take measurements of the counters. We fabricate these ourselves to ensure the right fit for our customers. The property owner also came to our storefront to select the granite countertops they wanted for the property. They decided to use granite in the kitchens and engineered quartz in the restrooms.
Satisfied Customer Makes a Quick Sale
One of the homes were sold almost immediately after we finished the upgrades. Our customer was very happy with the results of the remodeling. The other two had received various inquiries within weeks. The result of the kitchen and bath remodels were excellent, showing our attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Remodeling Three Houses
The process of remodeling the kitchens and bathrooms in three houses took one and a half weeks to complete. The experts at Granite ASAP began with the largest home. The kitchen had a lot of countertop space, so there was a lot to haul out. The cabinets were also being replaced, so these too had to be removed. We then moved on to the bathrooms, removing the flooring and vanities.
In the two bathrooms, we installed the new vanities and quartz counters. The flooring was laid last to ensure nothing was damaged during the installation process. The customer really liked the look of the tile with the quartz counters.
Once the house was complete, the second and third homes were quickly remodeled. These were much smaller than the first and took less time. One only had one and a half bathrooms, which also cut the installation process down.
